How do I apply for a job with Oji Fibre Solutions?

The best way is to submit your curriculum vitae (CV) online. When you have completed the online application process your resume is stored in our candidate database. If you would like to be removed from our candidate database please email us at recruitment@ojifs.com.

Can I communicate directly with the hiring manager or recruiter?

Due the large number of applications we receive for vacancies it is not possible for the hiring manager or recruiter to liaise directly with each applicant. We will contact you directly should your skills and experience match the requirements of an opportunity with us.

Can I fax, email or post my CV or application to you?

No, all applications for vacancies must be made online which can be accessed via Current Opportunities. This enables us to manage our recruitment process and database effectively and also enables you to receive updates and information on new roles with us.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Absolutely. You are welcome to apply for any of our job postings that you believe match your knowledge, skills and experience.

Who can submit an application?

Our job postings are designed to attract people who are interested in joining Oji Fibre Solutions. However, they are not intended for recruitment suppliers. In fact, we will not accept responsibility for any fees related to unsolicited applications from recruitment suppliers.

What happens when I apply for a job?

Once you submit your online application we will send you an automated email response confirming receipt of your submission. Oji Fibre Solutions recruiters and hiring managers responsible for each job you apply for will appraise your skills and experience, and inform you if your application is to be progressed in the selection process. If you are not successful, we will retain your details in our database.

What is a job alert?

A job alert is an automated job search which enables you to receive emails from Oji Fibre Solutions for roles which fit your career interests and knowledge and experience.

What if I forget my login password?

How do I apply for the university graduate programme?

Applications for our graduate programme can be made through our Current Opportunities page. Applications open annually in April.

How do I apply for a summer internship with you?

We accept applications from current university students throughout the year. If you are interested in applying for a summer internship at Oji Fibre Solutions please register your interest by providing a cover letter, CV and an academic transcript on our Current Opportunities page.

How do I apply for an Apprenticeship or Cadetship with you?
